THE IMPACT OF SOIL CONTAMINATION ON ENVIRONMENT
Soil contamination is the state in which man-made chemicals in and alter the natural soil environment. Contamination usually occurs because: leakage of liquid waste or industrial chemicals or commercial facilities, the use of pesticides, polluted surface water ingress into the sub-surface layer, chemical substances, or waste.
